The Story

Titanic The Musical is a powerful and deeply moving retelling of the maiden voyage of RMS Titanic, which tragically sank on 15th April 1912 after striking an iceberg.

With music and lyrics by Maury Yeston and book by Peter Stone, the musical premiered on Broadway in 1997 and went on to win five Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Score, Best Book and Best Orchestrations.

Rather than focusing on one central love story, Titanic The Musical weaves together the lives of passengers and crew from across the ship’s different classes. From first-class luxury to third-class hopes of a new life in America, the show explores the dreams, ambitions and humanity of those on board.

Be Part Of Something Truly Special

We are extremely proud to be able to perform Titanic The Musical thiscomig November. This extremely special and moving story is one that is very close to our hearts.

The creative team involved have had the pleasure of staging this show 14 years ago and are very excited to visit this beautiful yet tragic story of the passengers and crew of the Titanic on the fateful night of April 14th 1912.

We are looking for an ensemble of performers from different backgrounds, ages and abilities to bring this the stage. As an ensemble show, all roles sing and elevate the orchestration. Ability to sing in harmony or commitment to learning harmonies is essential.

Our focus is on bringing contemporary musicals to Northwich, with a fresh and vibrant approach. We’re fortunate to have a hugely talented creative team, many of whom have worked together on numerous successful productions. Our aim is to make theatre accessible to everyone, offering our cast, crew, and audiences a professional-standard experience at amateur prices. We pride ourselves on strong production values, where every detail is thoughtfully considered to deliver a show of the highest quality.

Rehearsals / Auditions

Our next gathering will take place on Tuesday 26th May at 7:30pm at St Nicholas Catholic High School, Northwich, Cheshire, CW8 1JW.

Whilst we haven’t finalised casting yet and are still on the lookout for more men to join the company, we’re going to have a good sing through some of the ensemble numbers and continue our “Latest Rag” dance routine.

It’ll be a relaxed and fun evening – a great chance to get to know the company, hear more of this incredible score, and get a feel for the production.
